Summary: It has been difficult to find any particular science behind Dr Isaac Boules weight loss method, I do believe that an unhealthy thyroid and liver could cause someone to gain weight easily and that a healthy thyroid and liver would make it easier to lose weight, but other than reading this as a written statement I cannot see any depth in his claims and no real science and/or referencing of his findings.
For example, Dr Isaac Boules states in his program that the Chinese live longer lives, yet a quick check on Wikipedia states that the average life expectancy (for both sexes) in China is 76.1 years. For the UK and USA respectively it’s 81.2 and 79.3 years.
There also seems to be a distinct lack of an exercise element to this program. And whilst you don’t need to exercise to lose weight, surely it would be worth a mention even if just as a health benefit?
Finally, the lack of information existing on Dr Isaac Boules causes suspicion, and with plenty of other, more credible diet plans available it would seem a sensible choice to skip past this woolly example and spend your well-earned pennies on one of the many more comprehensive plans available on the market today, such as Fat Loss Factor or other 4/5 star programs that we have featured.
